Coach Will
William Burr's basketball career started as a two year Varsity starter at Alemany High School in Mission Hills, California. He received First Team All League honors his Junior and Senior year, as well as Second Team All CIF his Senior year. Burr attended Glendale Community College, where he was named Defensive Player of the Team and First Team All Conference, and earned a full scholarship to Clark Atlanta University in Georgia.

Burr wasted no time getting adjusted, and added to his accolades by receiving the following awards while at Clark Atlanta: Newcomer Player of the Year; Two year First Team All Conference; AUC Most Valuable Player; Conference Player of the Year; and Naismith Division 2 Player of the Year. Burr continued his basketball career by playing professional basketball in the American Basketball Association for the following teams: LA Stars, LA Aftershock, and the Maywood Buzz. In Burr's final season with the Maywood Buzz, he was named Player/Coach and was invited to play in the ABA All Star Game.

Burr began his coaching career in 1999 by coaching the freshman boys at Calabasas High in Calabasas, CA. He followed that by taking a position as the boys assistant varsity Coach at Chaminade High School in West Hills, CA. From 2007-2012, Burr coached varsity girls for Westlake High in Westlake Village, CA.  From 2012-2022, Burr then coached varsity girls for Viewpoint School in Calabasas where in 2022 he led the "Magnificent 7" to the schools first ever CIF Division 1 Championship and he is currently the varsity girls coach for Oak Park High School located in Oak Park, CA.

COACHES

Coach Delaney

Delaney West graduated from Westlake High School, where she was a three-year Varsity player, two-year Varsity starter, and Senior captain. She was recruited to play basketball in college and attended UC Santa Cruz to do so.


Upon returning back to southern California, she began coaching with Coach Will at Viewpoint School and Triple Threat Hoops. She continued her study of Psychology and finished her undergraduate education at California State University Channel Islands.

Coach D loves basketball and has a great passion for playing, learning, and coaching the sport. She fell in love with coaching and is so grateful and happy to work with girls of all ages on and off the basketball court.

Coach Vika

Vika Preddy attended Westlake High School in Westlake Village, CA from 2006 to 2010 where she was a 2-year varsity basketball starter and 4-year scholar athlete.  She also played for Coach Burr’s Triple Threat club team her junior and senior years.  

After high school, Vika attended San Diego State University from 2010 to 2014 where she earned her Bachelors degree in Kinesiology (B.S.) and became a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).  In addition to her studies, she served as a student manager for the SDSU Women’s collegiate basketball team during the 2011-2012 season.

Currently, Vika is working towards her Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, CA.  

She has been involved with Triple Threat Hoops since Fall 2015 where she assists with the 4th, 5th and 6th graders.
